Should you need to initiate a return or exchange, please review the information below. As a small business, we cannot accommodate returns made outside the parameters of our return policy.

In Store Return Policy

Clothing & shoes may be returned for a refund within five (5) days of purchase with a sales receipt. A store credit or exchange may be issued for clothing & shoes returned within ten (10) days of purchase. Jewelry, handbags lingerie, accessories, special orders, trunk show items, and DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is a flat fee of $8 on all orders under $200. If your order total exceeds $200, standard shipping is free. We ship via USPS and UPS, Monday-Friday. All orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will ship on Monday. After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your package via email. Please note that shipping speed will vary based on your location, however, most orders arrive within 2-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping

If your order requires expedited shipping, please call our store before placing your order online and we will assist you with your purchase. Expedited shipping rates vary, and the full cost of expedited shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Shipping on all orders is nonrefundable. Any order that is returned, including orders that are over $200 and shipped for free, will be subject to an $8 shipping deduction from the refund amount to cover the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns. The cost of any return shipping label issued by Monkee's of Ridgeland will also be deducted from the total refund amount.

Once a package has left our store and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, Monkee's of Ridgeland is not responsible for the on-time delivery of your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and cannot guarantee the on-time delivery of any order, even one with expedited shipping.
