In-Store Return Policy
Clothing & shoes may be returned for a refund within five (5) business days of purchase with a sales receipt. A store credit or exchange will be given for returned items within ten (10) days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn with price tags intact. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, trunk show items, and DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit. All returned items must have been purchased from Monkee's of Ridgeland.
Online Return Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will accept returns postmarked within FIVE (5) days of RECEIPT on new, unworn products with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, and DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original box and the box must be in good condition.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
As a small business, we cannot accommodate returns made outside the parameters of our return policy. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns regarding a return.
After your order has shipped, you will recieve a tracking number to keep an eye out for your packages. Please note that delivery dates will vary based on your location.
